Shipping prices completely depends on the product weight, delivery location. We will inform the shipping cost when the product is ready for delivery. 

Yes, you can arrange your own transport from Urban Reflections Showroom if you want. 

Once you place your order your purchase order is sent directly to the workshop. One of our customer care executive will constantly be in touch with you. You will be alerted through phone call at the following stages;

• Once your payment has been accepted
• Once your order is dispatched to your chosen address
• Once your order has been delivered

Yes, While ordering a product you can specify a color and required size, Urban Reflections team will check the possibilities and inform you the delivery time and price. 

Customisation options vary depending on the product you have selected. You will be able to select the size, shape, material and color of the components and we will let you know about feasibility and cost. Then you can place the order.
