How long does it take for my products to be made and delivered?
Production and delivery time varies depending on the item(s) ordered, your customisation options and your location. We always aim to deliver within 4 weeks from the date of your order.
How much is shipping?
Shipping prices completely depends on the product weight, delivery location. We will inform the shipping cost when the product is ready for delivery.
Can I pick up my order direct from Urban Reflections Showroom?
Yes, you can arrange your own transport from Urban Reflections Showroom if you want.
How will I know how my order is progressing?
Once you place your order your purchase order is sent directly to the workshop. One of our customer care executive will constantly be in touch with you. You will be alerted through phone call at the following stages;
- Once your payment has been accepted
- Once your order is dispatched to your chosen address
- Once your order has been delivered
